EOPS Eligibility
Program eligibility is based on a history of low-income and demonstrated financial need. All candidates must be full-time students and complete required application forms.
Students who meet the following criteria may qualify for EOPS:
- Be a resident of California;
- Qualify for financial aid;
- Enroll in 12 units or more per semester;
- File an EOPS Application and submit all supporting documents;
- Be determined as educationally disadvantaged;
- no more than 70 semester units completed towards a degree.
