Background Graphics Example
Allow for sufficient contrast between colors on a page and ensure that information conveyed by the use of color is understandable without color.
If you use a background graphic, make sure that the user is still able to read all the text on the page. Avoid busy or very colorful background graphics unless you can supply sufficient color contrast with the text color.

Light colors, like white, produce a good color contrast on this background. Red, however, does not make a very good contrast. Because the background does not have a lot of color variation, it makes light colors like yellow easy to read. This pink is a little too dark for this background. Light blue really stands out on a dark background contrast. Dark blue is almost swallowed by this background. |

My philosophy is that people like music that they can relate to in some way. It may be the melody, the rhythm, the lyrics, harmonies, instrumentation, or even theoretical part of the music that draws a person to a particular style of music. |

Easter is the most revered festival in the Church calendar of Orthodox Christians. It is celebrated for three days. Typical of this holiday is the dying of eggs. Eggs are dyed on Thursday or Saturday of the Holy Week. The eldest woman in the house has the privilege of dying the eggs. Making Easter cakes was introduced in Bulgaria as late as the 1920s. |
