If you use multiple languages in one document, use the LANG attribute each time you switch languages. This will aid the user to configure braille displays to display the correct characters and screen readers to speak with the correct accent. Language Change Example

In the future, users who are unable to translate between languages themselves, will be able to have unfamilliar languages translated by machine translators automatically if the LANG attribute is present.
