Career Learning Cohort presents
"Career Conversations"
. . . an innovative program designed for LPC students exploring career and technical education.
Participants will:
- Receive personalized counseling for education planning
- Receive a stipend to be used for classes, educational expenses, and career tools
- Join a learning cohort of students with common interests and goals
- Be introduced to a variety of education and training through workshops and field trips to multiple CTE industry sectors
- Receive Case Management services to support you through the one-year program
Eligibility requirements may include some of the following:
- Between the ages of 18 and 21
- Reside in Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, or Sunol
- Low income
- Are you a foster youth, teen parent, or learning disabled?
The Career Learning Cohort will provide a pathway to enter a Career Technical Education field in as little as 1-2 years.
