Facilities Forms

 

External requesters are required to complete a College Facilities Use Agreement. This form will remain on file in LPC's Administrative Services Office for all external rentals for each semester. After the initial facility rental, if additional dates would like to be requested, externals renters may request those dates using the Supplemental Facility Request form.

Main Theater Event Overview

(Please complete the "Main Theater Event Overview" form and send to Sheri Moore (slmoore@laspositascollege.edu) when inquiring about the Main Theater or Black Box Theater.)
