  • Post course information, such as syllabi and class policies

  • Post links to web sites related to your courses
  • Post frequently asked questions
  • Post model assignment submissions and rubrics
  • Post assignments that students can submit online
  • Post quizzes, practice quizzes, and surveys
  • Post StudyMate learning activities (flash cards, crossword puzzles, etc.)
  • Post grades so each student will only see his or her own grades
  • Communicate with your students via e-mail, discussion board, chatroom, or the Blackboard announcements tool
  • Enhance your course with any or all of the above features
  • Design hybrid courses in which part of the instruction is on campus and part is online
