Helping HandsDeadlines to Submit ICC Forms
Deadlines are posted for submitting the following Club forms:
1. Club Contact (must be typed)
2. Authorized Signatures 'Signature' Sample
3. Proposed Budget
4. Request to ICC for Club Funds
5. Request to ICC for Matching Funds
Exceptions will not be made for missed deadlines!
Please note that there is also a “suggested” deadline for submitting Requests for Disbursement.
