Las Positas College benefits from organized activities/events sponsored by their various departments and/or Student Clubs. In order to use a facility at LPC for Club meetings and events, a Facility Request needs to be submitted to the Office of Student Life. Clubs are encouraged to use the Student Life Conference Room (Room 1643) for Club meetings. The room can accommodate up to 19 people and includes a laptop with access to video and the internet. Please contact the Student Life Assistant to schedule this room. Clubs may enter the room 10 minutes prior to the start of their meeting. Food is not allowed in the Conference Room.
Before submitting the Facility Request, Clubs should confirm the desired dates with the Club Advisor. Please note that the Club Advisor must be in attendance at all Club activities.
