Discuss your new Club with the Director of Student Life, Cynthia Ross.
Find a Club Advisor.
Complete the "Request to Organize a New Club" form.
Attend two ICC meetings to present the purpose and goals of the Club. (ICC members will vote at the second meeting on the proposed new Club.)
Complete and submit the following forms to the Director of Student Life:
Club Constitution (see General Outline for a Constitution)
- Contact Sheri Moore to obtain the Outline in Word Format

Club Contact Information
Request for ICC Funds (before deadline)
Complete LPC Club Procedures Training Verification
Read Election Guidelines for Club Officers
Read the Role of Club Members
