  • Wellness Promotion & Education: Promote social-emotional well-being and provide prevention education
  • Screening & Assessment: Administer non-clinical behavioral health screenings to identify barriers, client-centered goals, development of treatment plan
  • Care Coordination: Connect individuals and their families to appropriate community resources, health centers, and crisis referral systems
  • Collaborative Care: Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary care team alongside licensed professionals and credentialed staff
