Convocation is taking place virtually on Monday, August 16th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All pertinent meeting information can be found on the agenda. ConferZoom links are embedded into the meeting name. To enter a meeting, click on the meeting name and Zoom will pop up in your browser. You may also call into the meetings, if needed, by dialing 669.900.6833. Enter the Zoom Meeting ID when prompted.
Please review this agenda prior to the day of Convocation as there are some meetings that require registration to attend. Some meetings also require passwords to enter the session. If there are any questions regarding a particular session, the lead of each meeting is shown. Click on the name, under the lead heading, to email them directly.
Chancellor's Program
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Lunch Break & Breakouts
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Colleges and District Services Meetings
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Chabot College, Las Positas College, and District Services will each hold their own sessions. Should you have any questions, please contact your respective President’s Office or Chancellor’s Office.
Afternoon Department/Program Meetings
The afternoon meetings are listed on the Convocation Day Agenda. If you have any questions, please contact the meeting lead. For meeting leads, the Educational Services and Student Success Office has provided a sample agenda that can be found on here. This is intended as a guide only.
