How students access course content and communicate with instructors?

Providing Links

Using Zoom Video Conference Tool or any other tool:
- Accessibility in Canvas:

Log in to Canvas

Choose Setting on the Navigation Panel

Choose Navigation tab

Scroll Down & choose ConferZoom and drag it to the upper panel and hit save button at the bottom

Create a log in and the account is confirmed automatically

The class meeting session can be recorded and used for later use

In number 4 above, if the system for confirming the account is backed up, then search Zoom conference on the web, log in and create a meeting.

Meeting times: Meeting times using the web Zoom are limited to 40 minutes only

Upgrade: An upgrade is available for $15.99 per month for longer meetings than 40 minutes. The cost for this option is (at this point) not being funded by the college

Using other tools for video conference: Faculty can choose any tools they feel necessary for effective contact and learning. Most common ones are Zoom, Conference, Screen-o-matic etc
