Committee Tasks for 2019-20
- After learning that student GoPrint debit cards would be increasing in cost to produce, the committee discussed keeping the cost of the bookstore card and vending card the same to the student. The number of prints that can be made with the initial purchase will change for the vending cards but stay the same for the bookstore cards. Committee will vote at May meeting.
- Discussed the impact of faculty closing rosters early and its impact on students and enrollments resulting in revised order on ClassWeb for faculty to open and close rosters.
- Review accreditation standards
- Regular updating and status of technology projects: for example, the year the committee discussed the new standards for classroom audio/ visual that stemmed from Measure A user groups.
