Diploma/Certificate Notification
You are eligible to receive a diploma and/or certificate, if you have completed these steps:
- Submitted your Request for AA/AS Degree or Certificate by April 1, 2025; (you will receive an email of the receipt of your submittal and it takes about 6-8 weeks to be evaluated)
- Completed all coursework by May 23, 2025, and
- Have no holds (e.g., fines, outstanding fees) on your student record:
It is anticipated Mid-September 2025 you will be notified that your diploma and/or certificate is available via Parchment.
Please note actual diplomas and/or certificates are not received at the commencement ceremony. You will receive a diploma/certificate cover only. Follow the steps above to receive your diploma and/or certificate in the mail.
You do not need to participate in the commencement ceremony in order to receive a diploma and/or certificate. Follow the steps above to receive your diploma and/or certificate and it will be mailed to you via Parchment.
Summer 2025 candidates will not receive diploma until after summer grades are posted.
