Who can use this service?
Students, staff, faculty, dual-enrolled students, noncredit course students, and adult education students.
At Las Positas College, our Immigration Legal Services are available through a partnership with the nonprofit Find Your Ally.

- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewals
- Family-based petitions Naturalization/citizenship applications
- Advance parole
