Campus mail (incoming & outgoing) is managed by the Information Desk on the first floor of building 1600. Faculty mailboxes are housed in the back side of building 1700 (behind Campus Safety). Department mailboxes are housed in both building 1700 and at the Information Desk. Keys for faculty mailboxes are assigned and distributed by the Information Desk.
USPS delivers incoming mail and picks up outgoing mail daily around mid-day. Notes will be placed in the appropriate mailbox for large packages that are being held at the Information Desk.
Hours of Operation (subject to change): Monday - Thrusday 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm.

The college has partnered with Ricoh to provide copy and printing services to all LPC employees. For all print jobs of 20 or more pages, you are encouraged to submit your request through the Copy Center via the TRAC Submission Portal. For smaller print jobs, Ricoh has provided copy machines in various offices and departments around the campus. These copy machines require a college-issued 6-digit "copier code" to use.

25-Live is used to reserve rooms or spaces on campus for various functions, such as meetings and events. If you need to submit a request, please contact your Dean's Office for assistance. If you would like your own account, please contact Kiley at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: 25-Live is not used for general college classes.
To submit service requests:
Permanent employees (full-time faculty, full-time classified, and permanent part-time classified) will be issued name tags automatically from the Administrative Services Office.
Non-permanent part-time employees (part-time faculty, classified hourly, and student assistants) may request a name tag by filling out this form.
