- Complete the application available online; mail application to
- Facilities Rental c/o Las Positas College Business Office

- Livermore, CA 94551
- Note: If application is approved, an approved copy of the application form and the billing detail will be mailed to the client.
- Submit official verification of non-profit status, if applicable, to Facilities Rental, LPC Business Office.
- Mail to Facilities Rental, LPC Business Office a copy of the billing detail along with the payment.
- Mail to Facilities Rental, LPC Business Office the certificate of liability insurance.
- Bring your copy of the approved application to Las Positas College on the day of the event as proof of authorization to use College facilities.
- Check in with Campus Safety in building 1600 upon your arrival.
