Counseling Department

Our counselors are trained to assist students with a wide range of issues and are knowledgeable about other helpful resources at La Positas College. Counselors can provide career information and assessment, orientation, and other general counseling services. They also teach a variety of college readiness and psychology/counseling classes for those wishing to pursue a career in the area.

There are also certain points before and during your time at Las Positas College that require a check-in appointment with a counselor. Make sure you know when those points are by checking their website.
