Voting on Motions

Whenever the Access club is presented with a proposal to act, its time, place, and action, becomes a motion on the floor. Any decision to use club monies or fundraise, also becomes a motion on the floor. When a motion is presented, it MUST be voted on, and only then is it approved. Only after its approval, in this way, can monies be used, and actions carried out.
