Graduates and Guests with Access Mobility Needs

If you are a graduate with a physical disability or medical condition requiring access mobility seating, when you RSVP in our Event Brite System, fill out the access mobility questionnaire and add explanation of the accommodation that you require for yourself or your guest(s). Christopher Crone, DSPS Director will receive your request and contact you if you need assistance.

Graduates requiring access mobility seating or assistance will check in with the Registration Coordinator the morning of registration, Bldg. 2400, Rm 2401, 10:15 am.

All Ticketed guests requiring access mobility seating should arrive at 11:15 am, and must check in first at our COVID and Welcome Tables. Afterwards, if you need assistance, you will be escorted to your seat(s).

The Student Health and Wellness Center operates a First Aid Station and Campus Safety and Security personnel are also on site. If you have a medical need during the ceremony, please locate an Event Staff member.
