Weekend College

Complete your Liberal Arts and Science Degree and/or Transfer Requirements on Friday nights and Saturdays, or just take a class toward your educational goal.

    • Saturday: 9 am to 12:30 pm = Health 1
    • Saturday: 1 pm to 4:35 pm = History 7
    • Total: 9 units
  • Spring 2006
    • Friday: 6 pm to 9 pm = English 1A
    • Saturday: 9 am to 12:30 pm = Creative Arts 10
    • Saturday: 1 pm to 4:35 pm = History 8
    • Total: 9 units
  • Fall 2006
    • Friday: 6 pm to 9 pm = Geography 1
    • Saturday: 9 am to 12:30 pm = English 4
    • Saturday: 1 pm to 4:35 pm = Geography 1L or Religious Studies 1
    • Total: 7 or 9 units
  • Spring 2007
    • Friday: 6 pm to 9 pm = Math 42A
    • Saturday: 9 am to 12:30 pm = Psychology 1
    • Saturday: 1 pm to 4:35 pm = Humanities 10

  • Fall 2007

  • Weekend Classes meet for 14 weeks
  • 60 Units to Transfer - This Three-Year Program includes 53 - 55 units.

  • Consult a Counselor before starting these courses to see how they meet your goals.
  • These courses are open to all students provided that the course prerequisites have been met.
  • These courses are designed for students who have met the college prerequisites for English and math.
  • You may complete these courses in three years. Note: Students may need to take summer or distance education classes to fulfill specific major requirements or to accelerate their learning goals.
  • These courses are designed to lead to an AA Degree in Liberal Arts and Science. They are not designed for most other majors.
  • All students seeking the AA must take 2 units of Physical Education.
