Lindsay Wisely will begin her first season as the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Las Positas College. She comes from Deer Valley High School where she was a physical education teacher and head women's basketball coach. During her five seasons at Deer Valley she accumulated a record of 116-32. Her teams appeared in the playoffs every season she was the head coach including 3 trips to the CIF state basketball tournament. She set school records for most wins in a season (25) and most league titles with (4).
Lindsay played division I college basketball at Saint Marys college where she was team captain and a WCC All Academic team member. She graduated Saint Marys Summa Cum Laude holds an undergraduate degree in physical education and a graduate degree in Kinesiology.
Her high school playing career began at Deer Valley High School where she led the San Francisco Bay Area in Scoring at 24.6 points per game and was selected as the Bay Valley Athletic League Most Valuable Player.

Nick Wisely is beginning his second year as Assistant Head Women’s Basketball Coach. He has been working with his wife, Lindsay, for the past 8 seasons. Seven of those seasons have been at Deer Valley High School. Nick has also coach high school football for the past 8 years as well.
Coach Wisely comes to Las Positas College from Dallas Ranch Middle School, in Antioch, were he works as a Physical Education Teacher. Through his eight years of teaching, Nick has worked at all three levels of public education; elementary, middle, and high school.
Nick graduated in 2003 from Saint Mary’s College where he majored in Communication. He played on the football team and was a three year starter on the offensive line. Saint Mary’s College is where the two Coach Wiselys met. They now have a 4 year daughter, Kylie, and a son, Ryan, who is expected in Late September.
