How to Apply for EOPS
- Qualify for financial aid. Start with a visit to the Financial
Aid Office in room 1509.
- Submit the following forms/information
to the EOPS Office:
- EOPS Application;
- English or ESL Test scores;
- Math Test Scores;
- High School Transcripts;
- Other College Transcripts; and
- Documentation of full-time
enrollment at Las Positas College (12+ units)
- You will be
notified of your EOPS eligibility by mail. Qualified
students will need to make an appointment with an EOPS
Counselor.
- Complete the EOPS Student Mutual Responsibility
Agreement (SMRA) and an Educational Plan with an EOPS Counselor.
Attend an Orientation session.
