Titian Lish received her Bachelors in Acting, and Masters in Drama, from San Francisco State University; additional training includes AADA in New York and BADA in Oxford, England and teaching internships with London’s Globe Theater, through UC Davis, and the San Francisco Mime Troupe. She was awarded the Outstanding Performing Arts Educator, City of Tracy, 2010 and Teacher of the Year, TUSD, 2010 and has worked throughout the Bay Area as an actor.

Peet Cocke receive an MFA from UC Davis in Theater and has been involved in theater and the arts for over 20 years. He has professional experience in Acting, Ensemble Methods of Theatre Making, Devising, Play Production, Performance Production Management, Fundamentals of Theatrical Design, and a host of visual art courses including Digital Video Editing and Effects, Drawing, and Design Fundamentals.
Janet Brehe Johnson
- Full-Time Speech Faculty/Part-Time Theater Faculty
Janet Brehe Johnson has been teaching full-time at Las Positas College since 1986. She teaches both Speech and Theater classes, and often coaches the Speech Team. She has loved teaching Children's Theater at Las Positas, and will always cherish her Looking Glass Land and Invisible Treasure experiences. Janet received her B.A. from San Diego State University, M.A. from San Francisco State University, and has studied Theater in London and with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Ms. McBride is thrilled to be part of the faculty at Las Positas College. She has worked as an actor or director with notable companies such as 42nd St. Moon (23 seasons), Lucky Penny (current associate artist), Woodminster, Center Repertory Theatre, Diablo Theatre Company, Sacramento Theatre Company, Ray of Light, Marin Theatre Company, Pacific Coast Repertory Theatre, Actor’s Theatre of Sonoma, Laguna Playhouse, Napa Repertory, Broadway by the Bay, Utah Musical Theatre and Performance Riverside. Multimedia work includes Polycom, Remedy, Yahoo, Nintendo, Progressive Auto Insurance, Coremark, Comcast, Lien on Me (web series), Generations (short film) and the rock documentary, Springsteen and I. She is currently an adjunct professor of theatre arts at Solano Community College and The Academy of Art, as well as Education Director for 42nd St. Moon. Awards and Nominations include: Theatre Bay Area, BATCC, Shellie, Arty, Dean Goodman, Broadway World and Irene Ryan/Kennedy Center. BA -Cal. State Fullerton (Musical Theatre). MFA -UC Davis (Acting). Member-SAG/AFTRA and AEA. Represented by Boom Models and Talent. She is happily married to Dennis O’Brien and is a dog mom. She likes gardening, reading and rocking out.

Ken Ross has been a Las Positas faculty member since 1989, teaching classes and directing plays and musicals. He has also worked as a professional actor and stage performer, primarily in musicals. His degrees are an MFA from US International University, MA from San Francisco State University and BA from Elmhurst College.

Wendy Wisely recieved her MFA at San Jose State University and has been a Chabot-Las Positas Faculty member since 1989. Additionally, she is an instructor at the California Shakespeare Theater and Santa Rosa Junior College, and has worked locally as both a professional actor and director.

Jill MacLean earned her MFA in Musical Theater from San Diego State University, where she also taught Acting for Non-Majors. In New York, she was a professor at Marymount Manhattan College. She has directed for New York University's Undergraduate Musical Theatre Writing Program, and was the Directors Lab Assistant at Lincoln Center Theater for five years. As an actor, Jill has performed in the Bay Area, New York and regionally and is a member of Actors' Equity Association. Since returning to the Bay Area, Jill has joined the faculty for Las Positas College, the Young Conservatory at American Conservatory Theatre, has been a teaching artist with Berkeley Repertory Theatre, StageWrite and Word for Word/Youth Arts, and was the Managing Producer of Playwrights Foundation from 2009-2012.

Phillip Gallegos earned his Associate of Arts in Commercial Art at Chabot college, his BA in Fine Arts at Cal State East Bay and MFA in Theatre Arts, with an emphasis in Scenic Design (CSUEB). His career in Theatre Arts has brought him to work at several high schools, colleges, children’s theatres and other venues, where he has instructed students, designed, constructed and managed the technical aspects of many productions.
- Technical Theater Instructional Assistant
Mike Rinaldi has been a stage technician at Las Positas for more than 11 yeas. He is a member of the Stagehands Union in Oakland and San Francisco, and has worked on opera, ballet, theater, and concerts. Mr. Rinaldi also own and operates his own lighting company, Northern Lights, providing lighting for performing arts, concerts, and special events throughout the Bay Area.
- Stage Technician
Christine Hornbaker received her Associates Degree from Las Positas College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Technical Theatre and Stage Management from UC Santa Cruz. She has worked in theatres throughout the Bay Area teaching technical theatre at the elementary through high school level. As a designer and technician, Christine has worked on many productions throughout the Bay Area including Livermore Shakespeare Festival, San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, and Bay Area Children’s Theatre.
